How many bins do I need?
Start with the package that matches your move: Studio & 1 Bedroom includes 20 bins, Standard includes 35, and Whole Home includes 50. If you're between sizes, size up. Additional bins are $2.50 each per week. Realtors and property managers, tell us the square footage and we'll size it for you.
How sturdy are the bins, really?
They're commercial-grade hard-shelled plastic with lids that stay put, built to be rented out hundreds of times — not folded up in a garage after one move. They stack, they hold heavy things like books and dishes, and they don't collapse when you're halfway up a staircase.
How do these compare to cardboard boxes?
Cardboard is a one-time purchase you assemble, tape, and then have to get rid of. Our bins arrive ready to pack, protect your things better, and get picked back up by us when you're done. You don't buy anything, and you don't own forty empty boxes at the end.
Do I need tape or bubble wrap?
No tape, no assembly. Bins close with their own lids, so you spend your packing time packing. For the genuinely fragile things — your grandmother's dishes, framed photos — a little wrapping inside the bin is still your friend.
Can I tell what's in each bin?
Every rental comes with labels, so you can mark each one by room. No more opening six identical boxes to find the coffee maker.
What's included in the price?
Every package includes reusable bins, labels, delivery to your door, pickup, sanitation between rentals, and a 7-day rental period. The Studio & 1 Bedroom package includes one dolly. Standard and Whole Home include two dollies.
How long do I get to keep them?
Rentals are priced by the week. If your move slips — and moves slip — every extra week is a flat $50, no matter which package you're on.
Do you offer a discount for military, first responders or healthcare workers?
Yes — 15% off any package for active-duty military, veterans, first responders and healthcare workers. Mention it when you request your quote and we'll apply it. No code, no paperwork.
Do you offer bulk pricing for businesses?
Yes. Offices, apartment buildings, real estate teams and movers — tell us the size of the job and we'll put a package together. You can reach us through the contact page.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver and pick up across Metro Atlanta. If you're located outside Metro Atlanta, we can still help — send us your address and we'll put together a custom quote based on your location.
